Third-party notices

The Apache License, Version 2.0 applies to the original example code and documentation in this repository, except where separately identified. It does not relicense the SDK, third-party materials or separately licensed sample assets.

Flinker IFC Viewer SDK

The examples import the Flinker IFC Viewer SDK directly from Flinker's CDN. The SDK is proprietary software licensed separately by Flinker GmbH. This repository's Apache License grants no rights to the SDK.

SDK use and distribution are governed by the applicable Flinker license or agreement. See SDK licensing information and white-label and OEM licensing. A free SDK plan does not place the SDK under this repository's Apache License.

Third-party components included in the SDK retain their respective licenses. Their notices belong to the SDK distribution; this repository does not redistribute the SDK or its components.

Models, datasets and other sample assets

Models, point clouds, geospatial data, coordination files, images and other sample assets retain their stated licenses and attribution requirements. Previews and other material derived from third-party assets retain any applicable source attribution and license requirements. These materials are not relicensed under Apache 2.0 by their use in an example.

Each example HTML contains its asset sources, author credits, license links and modification notes in its example-notices template and, where applicable, its inline example-data configuration. The live demo also provides compact source and license credits. These existing per-example notices remain the source of asset-specific information.

Separately licensed authored assets also retain their stated terms, including the CC0 1.0 IDS requirements embedded in the S1 information-quality example. Where an example records an unspecified or unclear dataset license, this repository's Apache License grants no additional rights to that dataset.

When redistributing an example or its assets, preserve the applicable copyright, attribution and license notices, including any required full license texts. For assets downloaded directly from upstream sources, follow the source and license links recorded in the example.

Development dependencies

Development dependencies declared in package.json and their transitive dependencies retain their own licenses and notices, supplied with their package distributions. They are not part of the original example code licensed here. The standalone examples load the published SDK directly rather than bundling these development dependencies.
