Recommended rollout sequence

1. Review data handling
   Confirm where IFC files, project documents, and technical metadata are processed. Start with Architecture and data protection.

2. Choose the Microsoft 365 surface
   Decide whether your users need SharePoint pages, Teams tabs, Power BI reports, Excel workflows, or a custom SDK integration.

3. Identify the administrator role
   Use the Admin deployment overview to determine whether the deployment requires a SharePoint Administrator, Teams Administrator, Fabric Administrator, Power BI Administrator, Global Administrator, or Application Administrator.

4. Run a controlled pilot
   Test with representative IFC files, permission groups, and business users before broad rollout.

5. Publish the workflow
   Roll out the approved solution, document ownership, and link users to the relevant product guide and FAQ.
